Our History
The ludeman trucking story
Paul Ludeman started out his trucking career in the mid 1960’s with a single 1965 Dodge tandem axle straight truck. He started as an Owner Operator for Northcoast Forest Products.
After several straight trucks, Paul moved on to two Freightliner Trucks and Pups. In 1973, Paul Ludeman Trucking was incorporated and in 1980 changed its name to Ludeman Trucking Ltd. as we still are today.
After years of hauling building supplies the company started to do more fabricated structural steel, project cargo and the trailer fleet began to grow. Oversize loads started to become our specialty as did our commitment to customer service and on time delivery. Over time operations were expanded into Western Canada and the US but the heart of our operation is still the province of British Columbia
